Ken is a wind pioneer since the 1973 oil embargo and did numerous Tehachapi and Palm Springs windfarms from financing, permitting, construction, operating through repowering. Currently Ken commutes from Washington DC to California consulting as www.zWind.com to utilities, insurance companies, and start up developers as an expert witness on real estate and power contract and other wind litigation. Ken was the renewable energy staff at the United Nations in New York and worked in energy public relations on Capital Hill in Washington DC.
