Guizhou CLP Power Company Limited is a joint venture owned by CLP, China Huadian Corporation and Guizhou Development & Investment Company Limited to develop, construct and operate the Anshun II power plant. Anshun II supplies the Guizhou power grid, and through it, the Guangdong power grid to support the rapid development in the province. Fully commissioned in 2004, the power plant supports the West-to-East-Electricity Delivery Policy and is instrumental in the development of the western regions and the economy of the Guizhou province.
