Lanco Wind, a subsidiary of Lanco group, is engaged in wind turbine manufacturing and wind project development activities in India, Europe and the Americas. It is launching its 2.0 MW, 93m rotor diameter, wind turbine in later half of 2009. The technology for machine and rotor blades are from reputed German Engineering Companies. The machine features the largest rotor diameter in its class. It also includes many other patented, innovative features to enhance reliability, reduced loads, noise and ease of service that would set many standards for the wind industry.
